Tiffany Gawlik serves as one of our client service associates working with clients on day-to-day inquiries and processing account requests. She has over seven years of customer service experience and is a certified notary public. Tiffany has several years of experience in the financial services industry working in a similar role at Commonwealth Bank in Indiana, PA, and Wells Fargo in Hagerstown.

 

She most recently worked at American Public University System in Charles Town, WV, as an administrative assistant. In her role there, she developed conflict resolution strategies and communications for students as well as solved customer concerns. Tiffany completed two years at the University of Memphis.

Tiffany was born in Hagerstown. After moving several times to various places including Buffalo, NY; Italy; United Kingdom and Charlotte, NC, she has returned to the area with her husband Paul and her three children. Tiffany loves being a mom, traveling, re-upholstering furniture and riding motorcycles.
